Thermotech Company Group

A positive trend for Thermotech
Several new employees strenghtens the company as the construction market grows
The recovery for the Swedish economy, that started last
year, helps the building industry to a new start. It is abo-
ve all the increase in housing constructions that contribut-
es to the economic growth in the building industry.

The Swedish trade organisation “Sveriges Byggindustrier"
count on a 3 % increase in the construction investments
this year, and continuing increase with 5 % 2011. The
Thermotech Company Group has increased the turn over
with 23% this year, compared to 2009.

"It is a good increase, although we had hoped for ev-
en more considering the growth of our product port-
folio when launching our MultiSystem™ for tap water
this spring. But we prepare for a continuing growth
with new recruitments at important positions in the
whole organisation" says Andreas Anderzon, market-
ing manager at Thermotech Scandinavia AB.
The sales department has been increased with one per-
son at the regional office in Örebro, Sweden where
Henric Gullberg hold the post of technical seller. He
has a past as plumber and has recently finished his
studies at the program for building engineers at Örebro
University. More recruitments are planned at the most
expansive regional offices and at the department for
sale support.

The Product department has also been increased with
one more developement engineer. Erik Persson has
been studying at the civil engineer program for Energy
technics at the university of Umeå.

He has been working as a Heating, Ventilation and
Sanitation consultant at TM Consulting firm in Umeå for
the last 5 years. Erik has already started on new, inter-
esting projects.

In august Lars Westerlund was employed as produc-
tion leader at the department for production in Sollefteå.
Before he started at Thermotech, Lars was working at
TMD Friction in Långsele, Sweden. He will be responsible
for theproduction and development of the warehouse in
Sollefteå.

After hiring him from Adecco for some time, we have now
employed Kim Wiklund as warehouse- and production
man at the warehouse in Malmö, Sweden.

The daughter company, Thermotech Vostok AB, has also
new employees. Eduard Stepanov is recruited as tech-
nical export seller and work with analysis, marketing and
sales at the east European market.

Sofia Jonsson graduated this spring from the Technical
program with direction to graphical form and design at
Dragonskolan in Umeå, Sweden. Sofia will be working as
a marketing assistant.
