Dealer
A legal body (or an individual businessman), who made
a dealer contract with Thermotech and who has the
corresponding certificate of an authorized dealer.

Partner
A legal body who worked no less than three years as
a dealer of Thermotech, who carries out his activity in
a large regional (national) market, who has his own
branched dealer network and who made a partnership
contract with Thermotech.

Model of contract, trade representative
A legal body (or an individual businessman) that regul-
arly, within a period of no less than 2 years, are buying
products from Thermotech on the basis of a purchase
contract.
